Reactify Digital is a UK-based business providing AI and SMS automation services to clients in the UK and internationally.

We help businesses re-engage their opted-in leads using secure, GDPR-compliant tools hosted on UK-based servers.

  • Client-provided leads: Name, phone number, email, or other contact information for reactivation campaigns.

  • Calendar bookings: When someone books a call, we collect their name, email, and optionally phone number — with their consent.

  • Android testers: If someone volunteers to test our free Android appointment setters, we collect their name, email, and phone number to contact them about their experience.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data directly.

How We Use Personal Data

We use data solely for purposes related to delivering our services:

  • To carry out lead reactivation campaigns (via SMS and AI)

  • To respond to enquiries, demo requests, or tester outreach

  • To manage appointments via our online calendar

  • To deliver services and communications requested by clients

We do not sell, share, or use personal data for unrelated purposes.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data under two lawful bases:

  • Consent – When the individual has explicitly agreed (e.g. calendar bookings or Android testers)

  • Legitimate Interest – When clients contact leads who previously expressed interest

Clients are responsible for ensuring their lead lists meet GDPR requirements. We do not contact individuals who have opted out.

Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We only share data with GDPR-compliant providers essential to our service delivery:

Each provider has a valid Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place.

Data Retention

  • Lead data is not stored after a campaign or appointment ends, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Calendar and Android tester data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the communication or service.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, any individual whose data we process has the right to:

  • Access their personal data

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”)

  • Withdraw consent at any time

If such a request is received, we will assist you in handling it promptly.

We take security seriously. Our data is processed through:

  • UK-based VPS hosting

  • Data encryption

  • Access controls

  • Regular audits and security best practices

All tools we use are GDPR-compliant.

We do not currently use cookies or tracking technologies on our website.
